education needed to prepare and take the PA Real
Estate Salesperson State Board Examination!
SALESPERSON LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications needed for approval are as follows:
The candidate
1. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older,
2. Must have completed our four (4) credits or sixty (60) hours of real
estate instruction in Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours) and Real Estate
Practice (30 hours),
3. Must complete and submit to PSI, an Examination Registration Form
including the $56.00 examination fee, and your Transcripts that we
provide once you have completed our pre-licensing courses.
4. Successfully pass the PA State and National Examinations.
SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS
In order to obtain your transcripts:
You must have a total of sixteen sessions (eight sessions of our
Fundamentals Course and eight sessions of our Practice Course) to
complete your sixty hours required to take the state examination.
Sessions are held every Saturday and Sunday (excluding holidays)
Our morning sessions are from 8:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.
Our afternoon sessions are from l:30p.m. to 5:00p.m.
You could complete your required courses in just four weekends!
You may begin your courses at any time!
